一.引言 美国的新的全球指挥控制系统(GCCS)将代替环球军事指挥控制系统(WWMCCS)成为它新的一代,并将延伸到战术级。 GCCS的软件结构体系集中体现在公共运行环境(COE)中。于1995年初GCCS成立工作组开始集中力量首先讨论COE的体系结构,然后应用这个体系结构做为进一步设计活动框架。工作组先确定体系结构的风格,然后再确定系统的专用部件。为深化工作,工作组构造了许多指挥与控制系统的典型的方案,并从头到尾,一步一步地演习这些方案。
I. INTRODUCTION The new global command and control system (GCCS) in the United States will replace WWMCCS as its new generation and will extend to the tactical level. The GCCS software architecture is embodied in the Common Operating Environment (COE). In early 1995, the GCCS Working Group began to focus its efforts on first discussing the architecture of the COE and then applying this architecture as a framework for further design activities. The working group first determines the architectural style and then identifies the system’s specialized components. To deepen its work, the Working Group has constructed a number of typical programs of command and control systems and exercises these programs step by step from beginning to end.
