“芥川奖”是以已故著名作家芥川龙之介(1892~1927)的名字命名的日本”纯文学”最高奖项,自1935年设立以来,一直被视为日本作家“登龙门”之奖,主要面向那些文坛新秀和他(她)当年问世的优秀文学作品,一人一生只能获得一次,评审委员全是正活跃在文坛上的名流大家。2004年1月,第130届芥川奖揭晓,获奖者竟然是两名女孩,获奖当时年龄分别为19岁和20岁,双双刷新了芥川奖“最年少纪录”。在此之前,获奖者的最低年龄纪录一直保持在23岁,而且全是男性。
The “Akutagawa Prize” is the highest prizes of Japanese “pure literature” named after the late famous writer Akutagawa Ryunosuke (1892-1927). Since its founding in 1935, it has been regarded as the prize for Japanese writer Takaramono, Mainly for those literary rookie and his (her) outstanding literature that year, one person can only get one life, jury members are all active in the literary arena celebrities. In January 2004, the 130th Akutagawa Prize was announced. The winner turned out to be two girls, winning the age of 19 and 20, respectively, both refreshing the “youngest record” of the Akutagawa prize. Prior to this, the minimum age record of the winners has remained at 23 and all men.
