男患,56岁。1989年8月7日因腹泻、粘液便当晚自服复方新诺明,次晨出现畏光、流泪,双眼紧闭不能睁开。体检:T38.2℃,P112次/分,Bp14.6/10.6kPa,双眼淌泪紧闭,双侧球睑结膜充血,双侧眼睑无浮肿,心肺(一),腹部脐周压痛,肠鸣音亢进,余无异常。大便常规白细胞(++),粘液(++)。给予氨苄青霉素肌注,口服黄连素,双眼未作任何处理,至第二天上午流泪减少,怕光好转,下午上述症状全部消失,双眼开合如常。
