为了完善行人与汽车前端碰撞伤害的评估方法,将数字图像相关(DIC)技术引入人车撞击实验。利用高速摄像技术获取人头模拟器与车头碰撞过程中的高速三维视频图像,采用了DIC方法实现碰撞过程中头部伤害度指数(HIC)的计算;再现碰撞过程中人头的碰撞过程及扭转受力情况,实现了人头撞击运动轨迹、加速度、冲击力和扭转角速度、角加速度的定量计算,以及对人头碰撞的多维度伤害评价;利用DIC技术,同步获取了碰撞过程中汽车前盖的三维变形精确数据,对优化汽车设计及碰撞保护具有重要的实用价值。进行了头部撞击的DIC测量实验。实验结果表明,DIC方法可以很好地应用到人车碰撞的试验评估中,并获得准确全面的碰撞数据结果。
In order to improve the evaluation method of collision damage between pedestrians and vehicle front end, Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technology is introduced into the vehicle-impact experiment. A DIC measurement experiment of head crash was performed. The experimental results show that the DIC method can be well applied to the test evaluation of vehicle-to-vehicle collisions and obtain accurate and comprehensive crash data results.
