公益事业是社会建设中的重要内容,成都市公益事业建设发展很快,但仍然存在一些问题,如公众的公益意识和和社会公益氛围需要培育,慈善公益事业缺乏法律制度方面的规范与引导,公益类民办社会组织数量极少,还不能满足人民的广泛需求等问题。只有通过健全与完善慈善公益事业法律制度方面的规范和引导;建立对公益组织、公益项目、公益人的激励机制;提升市民公益意识,建立展示公益文化的公益博爱广场;建立公益社会组织孵化基地;以社区服务中心为依托,整合社区公益资源,建立社区福利服务资源信息平台和社区福利服务网络;建立专业化、职业化的社会工作人才队伍,增加政府购买服务等对策的实施,才能促进成都市社会建设全面发展。
