绿色制造日益受到各国政府、企业及学术界的关注。但我们仍不太清楚中国企业采取绿色制造战略的程度及益处。本文通过问卷调研来考查中国制造业是否在采用绿色制造战略,并进一步明确采用这种绿色制造战略的企业是否具有更高水平的组织绩效。研究发现中国企业实施绿色制造战略的情况尚不乐观,但研究结果支持企业绿色制造战略与企业绩效之间具有直接的、正向的联系。
Green manufacturing is increasingly receiving the attention of governments, enterprises and academics all over the world. However, we still do not know the extent and benefits of adopting a green manufacturing strategy by Chinese enterprises. This paper examines whether China’s manufacturing industry is adopting a green manufacturing strategy through a questionnaire survey and further clarifies whether companies adopting this green manufacturing strategy have higher levels of organizational performance. The study found that Chinese enterprises are not optimistic about the implementation of green manufacturing strategy, but the findings support a direct and positive relationship between the corporate green manufacturing strategy and business performance.
