目的研究益脑通络胶囊对缺血再灌注大鼠弥散加权像及能量代谢的影响。方法运用脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型及磁共振弥散加权成像和波谱技术(MRS)。结果与模型组相比,益脑通络胶囊治疗组3h和5d的磁共振弥散加权像梗死灶的面积明显减小,而且强度也明显降低。1HMRS谱的乳酸峰值比模型组明显降低,N乙酰天门冬氨酸比模型组增大。结论益脑通络胶囊能够有效地改善缺血再灌注后能量代谢,改善脑缺血,减少神经元的功能受损及死亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yinaotongluo Capsule on diffusion-weighted images and energy metabolism in rats with ischemia-reperfusion. Methods The rat models of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy (MRS) were used. Results Compared with the model group, the area of the infarct size of the MR diffusion weighted images at the 3h and 5d of the Yi Nao Tong Luo capsule group was significantly reduced, and the intensity was also significantly reduced. The peak value of lactate in the 1HMRS spectrum was significantly lower than that in the model group, and N-acetylaspartate was greater than that in the model group. Conclusion Yi Nao Tong Luo Capsule can effectively improve the energy metabolism after ischemia and reperfusion, improve cerebral ischemia, and reduce the loss of function and death of neurons.
