海外人才在华创业是基于中国经济转型升级背景下呈现的一种全新的创业形态,对于促进创新发展和知识溢出具有重要的意义。本文从分析海外人才在华创业的现状入手,客观阐述了在华新创企业存在着成长性不强、发展潜力不足等问题,进而深入探究这一全新跨国创业模式的成长特征及发展规律,重点评述了当前海外人才在华创业成长存在的几大问题,并在此基础上提出了提升海外人才在华创业成长绩效的若干建议。
It is of great significance for overseas talents to start their own business in China based on a brand new entrepreneurial paradigm in the context of China’s economic restructuring and upgrading, which is of great significance to promoting innovation and development and knowledge spillover. This article starts from the analysis of the present situation of overseas talents undertaking in China, and objectively expounds the problems such as the weak growth potential and the lack of development potential in new start-up enterprises in China, so as to further explore the growth characteristics and development rules of this new multinational start-up mode. This paper reviews several major problems existing in the overseas entrepreneurial growth of overseas talents and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the performance of overseas talent entrepreneurship in China.
