下面为美国 NELSON 公司生产的部分保温钉规格及其使用范围。1.单层衬里保温钉(1)S7X 型保温钉适用于低密度物料(640～1120公斤/米~3)的衬里,如烟道、烟囱、工艺炉等。使用温度820℃,保温钉的两支腿长度相等,材料为 Cr18Ni12,其主要尺寸如图1a 所示。也有采用图1b 型的.(2)RWP 型保温钉适用于低密度至中等密度物料(1280～1600公斤/米~3)的衬里,如烟囱、焚烧炉、再生炉等。使用温度1090℃。保温钉作成波形,可以增加与衬里的结合强度。保温钉焊后将支腿在开口处张开成60°角,其高度约降低13毫米。RWP 型保温钉也可用于双层衬里.材料为 lCr18Ni9,主要尺寸见图2。
