本文通过访问和问卷,对河北省10所重点普通高校体育教师科研素质现状进行调查,并对结果进行分析表明:体育教师的科研数量较多,科研质量普遍较低,年轻教师课题较少。由此,本文通过调查研究寻找出影响高校体育教师科研素质的因子,为建立培养提高教师科研素质可操作的、有效的途径与方法提供科学的参考依据。
This paper investigates the status quo of scientific research quality of physical education teachers in 10 key universities in Hebei Province by means of interviews and questionnaires. The analysis of the results shows that there are a large number of scientific research teachers, scientific research quality is generally low, and young teachers have fewer subjects. Therefore, this article through the investigation and study to find out factors that affect the scientific quality of PE teachers in colleges and universities to provide scientific reference for establishing operable and effective ways and methods of training and improving the quality of teachers’ scientific research.
