目的 探讨社会支持对体育专业大学生心理健康的影响。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL— 90 )和社会支持问卷 ,对1 4 5名体育系大学生的心理健康状况和社会支持情况进行调查 ,并与国内常模进行比较 ,分析问卷各因子间的相关性 ,分析心理症状与社会支持的关系。结果 将体育专业大学生的心理健康水平与常模无差异 ,SCL— 90中的强迫和人际关系分低于常模 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;在 SCL— 90中除躯体化、精神病性两因子外 ,其他因子分与社会支持各因子分均呈负相关 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 1 4 5名大学生中有心理症者 2 5名 ( 1 7.2 4 % ) ,比较有症状组和无症状组的社会支持情况 ,发现有症状组的主观支持和对支持的利用度明显低于无症状组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 体育专业大学生的总体心理健康水平无明显异常 ,部分学生存在轻、中度心理症状 ,社会支持对大学生心理健康有明显的影响
Objective To explore the effect of social support on the mental health of PE majors. Methods Using the SCL-90 and social support questionnaire, we investigated the mental health status and social support status of 154 undergraduates majoring in physical education and compared them with the national norm to analyze the relationship between the factors Relevance, analysis of the relationship between psychological symptoms and social support. Results There was no difference in the level of mental health between the PE majors and the norm. The coercion and interpersonal relationship in SCL-90 were lower than those in the norm (P <0.05). In the SCL-90, except for somatization and psychosis Factor, other factors and social support scores were negative correlation (P <0.05). There were 25 psychiatric students (1 7.24%) among 145 college students, comparing the social support status of symptomatic and asymptomatic groups, and found that the subjective support and the utilization of support in symptomatic groups were significantly lower than those without Symptomatic group (P <0.05). Conclusion The overall mental health of PE majors is not abnormal, some students have mild and moderate psychological symptoms, and social support has a significant impact on the mental health of college students
