本文报道我国胃癌6个高发点和4个低发点15岁以上胃粘膜病检正常者275和273人胃液pH、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的检测结果,探讨可能引起胃癌高发的因素。受检者均采其空腹胃液,以精密试纸法测定pH值,Griess氏法测定亚硝酸盐,镉柱还原法测定硝酸盐。结果表明:胃癌高发点受检者胃液pH范围为1.0~8.0,中位数为2.8;低发点受检者胃液pH范围为1.4~7.0,中位数为2.4:统计学处理具有非常显著的意义(X~2=16.75,P<0.01)。硝酸盐含量范围、中位数,高发点、低发点分别为0.14~710.32ppm,33.59ppm;0~357.28ppm,48.25ppm;统计学处理,差别无显著意义(X~2=3.24,P>0.05)。亚硝酸盐含量范围、中位数,高发点、低发点分别为0~30.48ppm,0.29ppm;0~15.54ppm,0.14ppm;统计学处理,差别具有非常显著的意义(X~2=7.61,P<0.01)。本文对胃液亚硝酸盐的来源、意义以及与胃液pH的关系进行了讨论,认为胃癌高发点居民胃液中亚硝酸盐含量较多,胃液氢离子浓度较低,这些有利于亚硝基化合物在胃内合成的因素与胃癌高发可能有关。
This paper reports the gastric juice pH, nitrate, and nitrite levels in 275 and 273 normal gastric mucosal disease patients with normal gastric mucosal abnormalities over the age of 6 in 6 high-incidence and 4 low-incidence sites, and explore the factors that may cause high incidence of gastric cancer. Subjects used their fasting gastric juice, pH value was measured by precision test paper, nitrate was determined by Griess method, and nitrate was determined by cadmium reduction method. The results showed that the gastric juice pH range of patients with high incidence of gastric cancer was 1.0-8.0, and the median was 2.8; the gastric juice pH range of low emission point was 1.4-7.0, and the median was 2.4: statistical treatment was very significant. Significance (X~2=16.75, P<0.01). The range of nitrate content, median, high and low emission points were 0.14-710.32 ppm and 33.59 ppm, 0-357.28 ppm, and 48.25 ppm, respectively. Statistical analysis showed no significant difference (X~2=3.24, P> 0.05). The nitrite content range, median, high and low emission points were 0-30.48 ppm, 0.29 ppm, 0-15.54 ppm, and 0.14 ppm, respectively; statistically, the difference was significant (X~2=7.61). P<0.01). This article discusses the origin and significance of nitrite in gastric juice and the relationship with the pH of gastric juice. It is believed that there are more nitrites in gastric juice in gastric cancer high-risk residents and lower concentration of hydrogen ions in gastric juice, which are beneficial to nitroso compounds in the stomach. The factors of internal synthesis may be related to the high incidence of gastric cancer.
