针对涤纶纤维纺丝油剂在使用时起泡严重的问题,用低黏度二甲基硅油、气相SiO2、几种乳化剂、增稠剂、水等复配制得JUC有机硅O/W型消泡剂。系统考察了各种复配条件和各种组分的用量对所研制消泡剂的消泡性能的影响,确定了最佳制备条件:硅膏的合成温度160℃,二氧化硅的质量分数为1.5%~2.0%,乳化剂的HLB为8.5,消泡剂复配温度90℃。研究结果表明,JUC消泡剂具有很好的消泡和抑泡性能,消泡最短时间8s,消泡效率可达95%,甚至更高,其固体组分的粒径分布在20~40μm。JUC用量少,效果佳,具有操作简单,绿色环保,安全无毒,性价比高等优点。将其应用到涤纶纺丝现场,该消泡剂用量的质量分数为0.01%时,就获得了较好的消泡和抑泡效果。还可以推广到所有含表面活性剂溶液的消泡抑泡,有良好应用前景。该文工作新颖性已为教育部科技查新工作站2009年10月29日出具的第200936000Z040466号《科技查新报告》所证实。
