近年来,初中义务教育阶段学生的课外阅读处于“兴趣低、量不足、范围窄、环境差”的状态。本阶段,学生受同龄人,尤其是班级学伴的影响远超于教师和家长。基于以上两点,以“团体动力学”理论指导群体阅读,采用“课堂聊书”的形式,开展初中课外阅读模式的实践,促进阅读个体的分享交流,以团体动力激发学生的阅读兴趣和情感体验,最终实现群体阅读效果的最优化。
In recent years, the extracurricular reading of junior high school compulsory education students is in the state of “low interest, insufficient quantity, narrow scope and bad environment”.
