构建了伦理型领导通过基于组织的自尊对员工反生产行为产生影响的理论模型,并对理论模型进行实证检验。结果表明,伦理型领导与员工组织指向反生产行为显著负相关,与基于组织的自尊显著正相关,基于组织的自尊与组织指向反生产行为显著负相关,基于组织的自尊在伦理型领导与员工组织指向反生产行为之间具有部分中介效应。最后,对研究结论、意义、不足和未来研究方向进行了讨论。
It constructs a theoretical model that ethical leaders influence the anti-production behavior of employees through organizational self-esteem, and empirically tests the theoretical model. The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between ethical leadership and employee organization pointing to anti-production behavior and significant positive correlation with organization-based self-esteem. Organizational self-esteem is negatively correlated with organization-oriented anti-production behavior. Organizational self- Organizations point to anti-productive behavior with some intermediary effects. Finally, the conclusions, significance, deficiencies and future research directions are discussed.
