项目位于南宁高新技术产业开发区高新六路与科园西九路交界处,南面紧邻着秀厢大道,北面背靠高新大道。总用地面积9560m~2,总建筑面积为50000m~2,建筑高度为81.9米,地上建筑22层,地下2层。位于东凯商务大酒店前有一条十多米宽的人工河观光水道,该观光水道是南宁水城建设的一部分,观光河道对面为南宁市第八中学,项目周边相邻有各个小区和单位,东凯商务大酒店西北面的有五十万平方的红日江山楼盘及其他新开发的住宅
The project is located at the junction of Gaoxin Sixth Road and Xi’yuan West Road, Nanning Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. It is adjacent to Xiuxian Avenue to the south and Gaoxin Avenue to the north. The total land area of 9560m ~ 2, the total construction area of 50000m ~ 2, building height of 81.9 meters, 22 floors above ground, 2 floors underground. Located in front of Dongkai Business Hotel, there is a artificial river sightseeing water channel which is more than 10 meters wide. The sightseeing water channel is a part of Nanning Watertown. The sightseeing channel is opposite to the No.8 Middle School in Nanning. Adjacent to the project there are various communities and units. Kai Business Hotel, northwest of 500,000 square feet of Red Sun Jiangshan real estate and other newly developed residential
