改革开放开启了中国现代化的进程,全面建成小康社会的宏伟目标推动了中国经济的快速发展。中国经济长期快速的增长对资源的需求越来越大,国内资源短缺的“瓶颈”正在束缚着中国经济快速前行的步伐。在中国人均占有资源量远远低于世界平均水平的严峻现实面前,决定了中国必须实施“走出去”的资源全球化战略的必要性和长期性。
The reform and opening up started the process of China’s modernization and the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way has promoted the rapid economic development of China. The long-term rapid economic growth in China is in increasing demand for resources. The “bottleneck” in the shortage of domestic resources is hampering the pace of China’s rapid economic growth. The per capita possession of resources in China is far below the grim reality of the world average, which determines the necessity and long-term nature of China’s “Globalization Strategy” of “Going Global”.
