采用水热合成法合成了新颖结构的配位超分子[Mn(phen)2Cl2].C6H5COOH.对化合物进行了单晶X-射线衍射测定.结构分析表明,晶体中存在着大量的氢键将化合物连成了2D无限结构.对化合物的UV-Vis-NIR光谱及表面光电压光谱(SPS)进行了测定和分析指认.化合物的SPS在300~600 nm范围内呈现出正的表面光伏响应(SPV),而且SPS响应带与UV-Vis-NIR光谱的吸收峰是一一对应的.化合物的场诱导表面光电压光谱(FISPS)和表面光电压相位谱的结果表明,化合物具有一定的p-型半导体的特征.
The novel structure of the coordination supermolecule [Mn (phen) 2Cl2] .C6H5COOH was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The single crystal X-ray diffraction of the compound was carried out. The structural analysis showed that a large number of hydrogen bonds exist in the crystal. (2D-infinite) structure. The UV-Vis-NIR spectra and surface photovoltage spectra (SPS) of the compounds were determined and analyzed. The SPS of the compounds showed a positive surface photovoltage response (SPV) , And the SPS response band is one-to-one correspondence with the absorption peak of UV-Vis-NIR.The results of field-induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy (FISPS) and surface photovoltage phase spectra of the compound show that the compound has certain characteristics of p-type semiconductors .
