文献[1]系统地研究了平面应变复合挤压的流动规律,提出在平面应变复合挤压中存在着6种可能的滑移线场:纯正挤,纯反挤,正挤/反挤,剪切/正挤,剪切/反挤,纯剪切,但是,文献[1]未解决变形力和变形规律的预测问题,同时,在模式转换规律上也未得出明确的结论。本文在文献[1]的基础上研究了平面应变复合挤压的流动规律,把上述6种可能的滑移线场的有关计算编成计算机计算程序,利用计算机选择最可行的滑移线场,求出变形力、模式转换、挤出量与坯料相对高度之间的关系,描绘成曲线,从而研究其规律。本文得到了变形力、挤出量、模式转换与坯料相对高度的关系曲线,并分析了它们的规律性。
Literature [1] systematically studied the plane strain of the compound extrusion flow law, proposed in the plane strain composite extrusion there are six possible slip line field: pure squeeze, pure anti-squeeze, are squeeze / anti-squeeze, shear Shear / anti-extrusion and pure shear. In this paper, the relationship curves of deformation force, extrusion amount, mode conversion and blank relative height are obtained, and their regularities are analyzed.
