机床的试验研究,是机床设计制造中不可缺少的重要环节。随着现代科学技术的迅速发展,特别是电子计算机的应用和推广,对机床精度、生产率、寿命、可靠性、刚度、振动和噪声提出了更高的要求。为满足四化建设需要,机床产品必须进行更新换代。只有通过大量的试验研究工作,进行严格的样机鉴定,才能保证新机床在性能和结构上更加完善。
The experimental study of the machine tool is an indispensable and important link in the design and manufacture of the machine tool. With the rapid development of modern science and technology, especially the application and popularization of electronic computers, higher requirements are put forward on machine tool precision, productivity, life expectancy, reliability, rigidity, vibration and noise. To meet the needs of the four modernizations, machine tool products must be replaced. Only through a large number of experimental research, rigorous prototype identification, in order to ensure the new machine performance and structure more perfect.
