本文对自体骨移植的研究近况进行了综述。重点论述了单纯骨移植中移植骨的作用;血管化骨移植中骨膜供血与骨髓供血的区别;单纯骨移植和血管化骨移植在愈合、移植骨成活、机械强度等方面的自身对照研究。大量资料表明血管化骨移植在各方面均明显优于单纯骨移植。
This article reviews the recent progress of autologous bone transplantation. It focuses on the role of bone graft in simple bone transplantation; the difference between periosteum blood supply and bone marrow blood supply in vascularized bone graft; and the self-control study on bone graft and vascularized bone graft in healing, graft survival and mechanical strength. Numerous data indicate that vascularized bone graft is superior to simple bone graft in all aspects.
