本文用焊接热模拟方法研究了12Ni3MoV钢焊前组织对HAZ组织和韧性的影响。结果表明:(1) 12Ni3MoV钢的临界区处理和调质处理的两种焊前组织对HAZ晶粒严重长大区的组织和韧性的影响有明显差别。(2) 与焊前为调质处理的组织相比较,临界区处理的组织,焊后晶粒度的级别约高二级;t_(8/5)为15和22秒时的组织中的粒状贝氏体多15%左右;脆性转变温度高40~50℃;-45℃时的冲击值低1~1.5kgf·m。
In this paper, welding heat simulation method to study the 12Ni3MoV steel before welding HAZ tissue structure and toughness. The results show that: (1) The effects of the two kinds of pre-welding brazing of 12Ni3MoV steel on critical microstructure and toughness of HAZ grain are obviously different. (2) Compared with the tissue before quenching and tempering, the level of the grain size after welding in the critical zone was about two levels higher; t_ (8/5) was the granular shell in the tissues at 15 and 22 seconds 15% more martensite; brittle transition temperature is 40 ~ 50 ℃; impact value at -45 ℃ is 1 ~ 1.5kgf · m.
