为筛选利用武夷山优质种质资源,促进品种结构调整,对武夷山留兰香、向天梅、醉贵妃、胭脂柳四个单枞进行植物学性状观察及主要生化成分分析。结果表明:留兰香、向天梅、醉贵妃、胭脂柳都是灌木型、小叶类、分枝较密、叶色深绿。向天梅夏季鲜叶的咖啡碱、茶多酚含量较秋季的高。胭脂柳、留兰香秋季鲜叶主要生化成分随着叶片老化而下降,其中嫩茎的游离氨基酸含量均比其他部位高;留兰香的咖啡碱为6.29%,是高咖啡碱品种;胭脂柳的茶多酚含量较留兰香高。秋季四个单枞的第三叶较第四叶主要生化成分含量高。
In order to select and utilize Wuyishan high-quality germplasm resources and promote variety structure adjustment, botanical traits and major biochemical components of Wuyi Shanliu, Xiangtianmei, Drunken Royal and Rougeliu were analyzed. The results showed that: Spearmint, Xiang Tianmei, Drunken Royal, rouge Liu are shrubs, leaflets, more dense branches, dark green leaves. Xiangmei summer fresh leaves of caffeine, tea polyphenols content higher than the autumn. The main biochemical components of fresh leaves in rouge and leaves of Spearmint were decreased with the aging of leaves. The content of free amino acids in tender stems was higher than that in other parts. Spearmint was 6.29%, which was a high caffeine variety; Polyphenol content than spicy orchid high. The fourth leaf of the four single autumn fir than the fourth leaf main biochemical content is high.
