为了确保甲酸钠脱氢制草酸钠过程可连续生产,也为了提高物料的转化率,设计了回转式加热器。利用数值模拟软件Fluent对回转加热器的温度场进行了数值模拟分析。计算结果表明:设计的加热器温度场比较均匀;加热器径向温差约为15℃,轴向温度受转轴的影响,温差较大,但在加热器滚筒轴向0.15~0.45 m的区域内温差小于20℃,故该区域可作为物料的加料区域。
In order to ensure sodium formate sodium dehydrogenation process can be continuous production, but also in order to improve the conversion rate of materials, rotary heater designed. The numerical simulation software Fluent was used to simulate the temperature field of rotary heater. The calculated results show that the designed heater temperature field is relatively uniform. The radial temperature difference of the heater is about 15 ℃. The axial temperature is affected by the rotating shaft and the temperature difference is large. However, in the region of 0.15-0.45 m in the axial direction of the heater drum, Less than 20 ℃, so this area can be used as material feeding area.
