我国对网络环境下监管信息资源共享机制的研究和实践起步比较晚。从现实需求的角度看,顺应网络时代复杂监管形势的要求,解决多头执法、消除多层重复执法、规范和完善监管执法协调配合机制、做好市场监管执法与司法的衔接,从而优化执法资源、提高监管效能,成为了政府和监管部门依法高效履职的内动力,构建监管信息资源共享机制已经成为政府、监管部门和社会的共同需要。本文以市场监管体系改革为视角,对构建大市场监管信息网络资源共享机制的方法路径进行了探索研究,供大家借鉴。
