低压电弧喷涂的进展西德多特蒙德大学材料技术学院Steffens.H.D等低压电弧喷涂使喷涂具有高纯度、高密度和耐磨蚀的活性材料,如钛、钼等的先进技术。低压电弧喷涂的问题之一是保持喷涂过程的稳定,本文发现当压力低于临界压力时,喷涂工艺就会不稳定,并将临界压力表示为在持性稳定区域内的电流及电压的函数,据观察稳定性随电流增加和电压下降而增加。
Advances in Low-Pressure Arc Spraying Low-voltage arc spraying such as Steffens.H.D. of Materials Technology at the University of Dortmund in West Germany enables the spraying of advanced technologies of high-purity, high-density and abrasion-resistant active materials such as titanium and molybdenum. One of the problems of low-voltage arc spraying is to maintain the stability of the spraying process. It is found that when the pressure is lower than the critical pressure, the spraying process will be unstable and the critical pressure will be expressed as a function of current and voltage in the holding region. It is observed that the stability increases with increasing current and decreasing voltage.
