现阶段,随着全面改革的不断深入,中国正经历着社会关系的结构性紧张期。作为医疗卫生领域最基本的社会关系,近年医患关系紧张不断显性化直接影响着我国社会改革发展稳定的大局。本文兼顾逻辑与经验,基于控制柄理论从筹资、支付、组织、规制、行为个维度提出了重建中国和谐医患关系的几点建议。
At this stage, with the deepening of the comprehensive reform, China is experiencing structural tensions in social relations. As the most basic social relationship in the field of health care, in recent years, the ever-increasing tension between doctors and patients has a direct impact on the overall situation of social reform, development and stability in our country. Based on the logic and experience, this paper proposes some suggestions on how to reconstruct the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in China based on the control theory from the dimensions of financing, payment, organization, regulation and behavior.
