张永显,男,1966年6月出生,甘肃兰州人,汉族,中共党员,高级工程师。专业背景:皮革、塑料工程。研究方向:皮革塑料新技术、新工艺、新材料的应用研究和产品质量检测;皮革塑料清洁生产及环境保护。1988年毕业于西北轻工业学院(现陕西科技大学)皮革工程系毛皮专业,同年被分配到甘肃省皮革塑料研究所(公司)工作至今。23年来,先后从事甘肃省皮革塑料行业管理、皮革原料皮和塑料原辅材料的经营、以及皮革塑料新技术的开发推广及产品质量检测工作,对皮张的路分、质量等级有较深入的研究。2005年取得由国家人事部和国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准颁发国家注册质量工程师任职资格。先后从助理工程师、工程师、晋升高级工程师;历任皮革科副科长、经营科科长、皮革检测室主任、科技研发室主任等职。现任甘肃省皮革塑料研究所副所长。曾
