目的:结合脑神经元移行异常的病理改变分析其 CT表现特点。材料和方法:回顾性分析 20例脑神经元移行异常的CT资料。结果:脑裂畸形的CT特征性表现为由灰质相衬的裂隙横跨半球,内达侧脑室,外在脑表面。所衬灰质与大脑皮层连续,CT影像与灰质等密度。开放型脑裂12例,闭合型脑裂2例,合并其他脑先天畸形6例。孤立性灰质异位的CT特征表现为室管膜下及半卵圆中心大小不等灰质密度结节。结论:CT能良好显示脑神经元移行异常病理解剖特征。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the CT features of the abnormalities of brain neurons by pathological changes. Materials and Methods: CT data of 20 cases of abnormalities of brain neurons were retrospectively analyzed. Results: CT manifestations of schizencephaly deformity is characterized by gray matter-phase fissures across the hemisphere, reaching the lateral ventricle and the external brain surface. Carotid gray matter and cerebral cortex continuous, CT images and gray matter density. 12 cases of open brain dehiscence, 2 cases of closed-type brain dehiscence, and 6 cases of other brain congenital malformations. CT features of isolated gray matter ectopia showed subepithelial and subependymal centers of gray matter density ranging from nodules. Conclusion: CT can well show the pathological anatomy features of abnormal neuronal migration.
