给家兔静脉注射阿克拉霉素(ACM),病理证实能产生心肌病变,成功地建立蒽环类药致心肌损害的动物模型。将家兔分为:正常对照组,注生理盐水。注ACM前3天,预防性注射参麦注射液+ACM.心肌标本作光镜、电镜检查。结果显示:实验第10天预防组家兔CK、CK—MB、AST等均显著低于对照组。对照组心肌纤维超微结构基本丧失。实验结果表明参麦注射液能预防蒽环类药物所致的心肌毒性。
Rabbits were intravenously injected with Aclaromycin (ACM), pathologically confirmed to produce myocardial lesions, and an animal model of anthracycline-induced myocardial damage was successfully established. The rabbits were divided into normal control group and normal saline. Note 3 days before ACM, prophylactic injection of Shenmai injection + ACM. Myocardial specimens were used for light and electron microscopy. The results showed that the CK, CK-MB, and AST in the prevention group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 10th day of the experiment. The ultrastructure of myocardial fibers in the control group was essentially lost. The experimental results show that Shenmai injection can prevent anthracycline-induced myocardial toxicity.
