本实验观察了川芎嗪(TMP)体外对实验性高脂血症和正常家兔由 ADP、PAF 诱导血小板聚集的影响。结果显示,不同浓度 TMP 对由 ADP 及 PAF 诱导的血小板聚集均有抑制作用(P<0.0001)。虽然模型组最大抑制率明显低于对照组,但从实验结果可以看出,TMP 仍有效地抑制高脂血症血小板的聚集,说明 TMP 对高脂血症引起的血栓形成具有预防作用。
This experiment observed the effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on platelet aggregation induced by ADP and PAF in experimental hyperlipidemia and normal rabbits in vitro. The results showed that different concentrations of TMP inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP and PAF (P<0.0001). Although the maximal inhibition rate of the model group was significantly lower than that of the control group, it can be seen from the experimental results that TMP still effectively inhibits the aggregation of hyperlipidemia platelets, indicating that TMP has a preventive effect on thrombosis caused by hyperlipidemia.
