我们教研组共16位教师,以青年教师为主。青年教师在踏上工作岗位之初,对于课堂教学充满理想,但缺乏经验;经验教师经过多年的教学实践也感觉自己的以长一点的专业发展到达了瓶颈阶段。这种情况下如果闭门造车教师的个人发展势必停滞不前,因此把教研组全体教师凝聚在一起进行同伴观课创造一种合作交流的教研气氛对于提高校本研
Our teaching and research group a total of 16 teachers, mainly young teachers. At the beginning of their work, young teachers are full of ideals for classroom teaching but lack of experience. After years of teaching practice, experienced teachers feel that they have reached the bottleneck stage with a longer professional development. Under this circumstance, if the personal development of teachers behind closed doors is bound to be stagnant, we should bring together all the teachers of the teaching and research group to conduct a peer-lesson observation class to create a teaching and research atmosphere for cooperation and exchange.
