目的:研究CT仿真结肠镜(CTVirtual Colonoscopy,CTVC) 的镜下图像表现和临床应用价值。方法:应用螺旋CT机对74 例病人行容积扫描,包括大肠癌46 例,息肉19 例,憩室7 个病灶,溃疡性结肠炎3 例,慢性结肠炎3 例,恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤1 例,类癌1 例,脂肪瘤1 例,脾恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤侵犯结肠1 例。除憩室外,均经手术和/ 或常规结肠镜检查活检病理证实。应用Navigator 软件获取CTVC图像。结果:CTVC 能够显示癌肿的大体类型、大于4mm 的癌结节和溃疡、大于3.4m m 的息肉;结合多平面2D 重建图像,表面遮盖显示和透明显示图像、原始横轴面图像,有助于病变定位、定性。结论:CTVC是一种有效的检查方法,将为结直肠病变的检查开创新的途径
Objective: To study the microscopic image performance and clinical value of CT Virtual Colonoscopy (CTVC). Methods: A total of 74 patients with colorectal cancer underwent volume scanning, including 46 cases of colorectal cancer, 19 cases of polyps, 7 lesions of diverticulum, 3 cases of ulcerative colitis, 3 cases of chronic colitis, 1 cases of malignant non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma Cases, carcinoid in 1 case, lipoma in 1 case, splenic malignant non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma invaded the colon in 1 case.
