目的考察提高新疆葡萄树伤流液抗氧化活性稳定性的方法。方法采用羟自由基试剂盒法测定·OH清除能力,考察高温、淀粉和葡萄糖对新疆葡萄树伤流液·OH清除能力的影响。结果高温对新疆葡萄树伤流液的·OH清除率没有显著影响(P>0.05),淀粉仅对喀什木纳格伤流液的·OH清除率有显著影响(P<0.05),低浓度葡萄糖对新疆葡萄树伤流液的·OH清除率有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论低浓度葡萄糖可以稳定新疆葡萄树伤流液抗氧化活性,其具体机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the method of improving the stability of anti-oxidative activity of grapevine wound fluid in Xinjiang. Starch had a significant effect on the OH scavenging rate of Kashgar traumatic fluid (P <0.05), low concentration of glucose There was a significant effect on · OH scavenging rate of grapevine injury fluid in Xinjiang (P <0.05). Conclusion Low glucose can stabilize the anti-oxidative activity of grapevine fluid in Xinjiang. The specific mechanism remains to be further studied.
