以自育耐抽薹大白菜品种‘黔白5号’的耐抽薹亲本为试材,通过人工提早低温春化处理、施用外源赤霉素处理的方式对其开花期进行调控研究。结果表明,两种方法均有显著的促进植株提早开花及提高繁种产量的效果。人工提早低温处理的开花期平均提早22 d,施用外源赤霉素处理的提早20.5 d;繁种产量以施用外源赤霉素处理的最高,其次是人工提早低温春化处理,分别比对照增产61.26%的53.06%。两个处理间差异不显著,与对照产量差异达极显著水平。
The boll-resistant parents of self-sustaining resistant bolting Chinese cabbage variety ’Qianbai 5’ were used as materials to control the flowering stage by artificial early vernalization and exogenous gibberellin treatment. The results showed that both methods have significant effect of promoting early flowering of plants and increasing the yield of breeding. Artificial premature chilling treatment flowering stage an average of 22 d earlier, the application of exogenous GA3 treatment 20.5 d earlier; the production of the species to the application of GA 3 treatment, followed by artificial early low temperature vernalization, respectively, compared with the control 53.06% increase of 61.26%. The difference between the two treatments was not significant, and the difference between the two treatments was extremely significant.
