随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的不断推进,学生主体地位日益受到重视,教师权威受到日益增多的批评,有人甚至主张取消教师权威。笔者认为,课程改革强调学生的主体地位并不是否定教师权威,而是要我们树立并构建与新课程相适应的教师权威观。笔者通过对教师权威的分析,论述了新课程下的新型教师权威与学生主体是相互依存、相互促进的关系。
With the continuous promotion of the new round of basic education curriculum reform, the student subject status has been paid more and more attention. The teachers' authority has been increasingly criticized. Some even advocate the cancellation of the teacher's authority. The author believes that the curriculum reform emphasizes the students' dominant position is not to negate the authority of teachers, but to establish and construct the teacher's authority view that is compatible with the new curriculum. Through the analysis of teacher's authority, the author discusses the relationship between the new teacher's authority under the new curriculum and the students' subject being interdependent and mutually reinforcing.
