文章提出利用半导体光放大器(SOA)和非线性光学环镜(NOLM)来实现全光逻辑与(AND)门,分析了该方法的工作原理并设计了仿真实验。通过仿真实验,证明了该方法的可行性,分析了耦合器功分比的选择与输出结果之间的关系,还分析了背靠背无损耗传输条件下,接收光功率和误码率的函数关系,最后给出了无损耗传输条件下AND的输出眼图并分析了一些可能的影响因素对输出结果的影响。
The article proposes the realization of all-optical logic AND gate by using semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) and nonlinear optical ring mirror (NOLM), analyzes the working principle of the method and designs a simulation experiment. The feasibility of this method is proved through the simulation experiments. The relationship between the coupler power ratio selection and the output result is analyzed. The function of the received light power and the bit error rate as well as the lossless back - to - back transmission is analyzed. Finally, the output eye diagram of AND under lossless transmission is given and the influence of some possible influencing factors on the output result is analyzed.
