对于下一代光盘系统而言,GaN激光器和高数值孔径(NA)的物镜是关键组件。本文介绍了几种HD-DVD光学系统物镜的设计方案,并对其进行比较研究,发现要根据不同的要求来设计物镜,对像差要求高的要采用两元件型或者三元件型物镜;而对于要求结构简单、装配容易、工作距离大的光学头,要采用单元型物镜。在解决其与CD和DVD的兼容性问题时,可采用物镜前插入补偿装置来控制物镜的数值孔径。
For the next generation of optical disk systems, GaN lasers and high numerical aperture (NA) objectives are the key components. In this paper, the design of several kinds of HD-DVD optical system objective lens is introduced and compared. It is found that the objective lens should be designed according to different requirements, and the two-component or three-component objective lens should be adopted to the aberration demanding. For the requirements of the structure is simple, easy assembly, working distance of the optical head, the use of unit type objective lens. In solving its compatibility issues with CDs and DVDs, the objective lens’s numerical aperture can be controlled with a pre-objective lens insertion compensation.
