Glutathione (Glutathione, Glutathione-SH, GSH) is a widely distributed tripeptide that has been clinically used for its reduction. It is also known as reduced form glutathione (Atomolan). Although its existence has long been known to the people, its extensive study is still a matter of recent years. Atomolan has an active thiol group, can participate in intracellular redox reactions.
