最近听了不少青年教师为参加省数学优质课评比上的公开课。从这些公开课中可以看到不少青年教师基础扎实、反应灵活、语言表达流畅、板书工整,令人欣慰。然而在如何备好课,如何评价课的好坏等等方面,他们也暴露了不少问题。其中最突出的是,不少青年教师没有重视“教材是备课的主要依据”这一基本观点。我们使用的教材,它反映了教学大纲对学生的要求,是教学的依据。教师在备课中,首先应当领会教材中有关内容在全书、全章中的地位,应当领
Recently, many young teachers to listen to the province to participate in mathematics and quality classes on the open class. It can be gratifying to see from these public courses that many young teachers have a solid foundation, flexible response, fluent language and good writing skills.
