在学生管理上我们坚持以人为本,坚持教育与管理相结合的原则,注重自觉实践、自主参与,不断完善自律与他律相互补充和促进的运行机制。通过多年的探索与实践,在学生自主管理上探索出了一条适合我校的有效管理之路。我校的德育工作,始终围绕“以生为本、自主管理、学会做人”的目标,积极转变育人观念,充分发挥学生主体作用,为学生自主管理能力的提高创设发展平台,使学生由他律逐步走向自律,从而促进学生的全面发展。
In student management, we adhere to the principle of being people-centered, adhere to the principle of combining education and management, focus on conscious practice, and participate independently, and constantly improve the operational mechanisms that complement and promote self-discipline and heteronomy. Through many years of exploration and practice, we have explored an effective management approach for students in the autonomous management of our school. The moral education work of our school has always centered on the goal of “student orientation, self-management, and learning to be a person”. It actively changes the concept of education, gives full play to the role of the student body, and creates a development platform for students to improve their self-management capabilities. From heteronomy to self-discipline, so as to promote the overall development of students.
