采用问卷法对重庆市主城区公办幼儿园教师的组织承诺特点及其影响因素进行调查研究。结果表明:1.重庆市主城区公办幼儿园教师总体的组织承诺水平偏低,但呈正向积极状态。2.学历、编制和职称对重庆市主城区公办幼儿园教师的组织承诺水平有显著影响,而年龄和教龄对其没有显著影响。3.绝对收入、离园选择、离园损失、升职机会和职称机会对重庆市主城区公办幼儿园教师的组织承诺水平有显著影响,而相对收入对其没有显著影响。4.重庆市主城区公办幼儿园教师组织承诺中的情感承诺、职业承诺和理想承诺这三个维度受离园状况和晋升机会的影响较大。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on the characteristics of organizational commitment and its influencing factors in public kindergarten teachers in the main urban districts of Chongqing. The results show that: 1. The overall organizational commitment of teachers in public kindergartens in the main urban area of Chongqing is low, but positively positive. 2. Qualifications, establishment and titles have a significant impact on the level of organizational commitment of teachers in public kindergartens in the main urban districts of Chongqing, but their age and teaching age have no significant effect on them. 3. The absolute income, the choice of park, the loss of garden, promotion opportunities and professional titles have a significant impact on the level of organizational commitment of teachers in public kindergartens in main urban districts of Chongqing, while the relative income has no significant impact on them. 4. The three dimensions of emotional commitment, professional commitment and ideal commitment in the organizational commitment of public kindergartens in main urban districts of Chongqing are greatly influenced by the status of parks and promotion opportunities.
