党的十七大报告中强调指出,“加快行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府。”这对于顺利推进中国特色社会主义现代化事业,具有重大的现实意义和历史意义。文章从理论与实践相结合,分析和论证了建设服务型政府是坚持中国特色社会主义政治发展道路的必然要求,也是适应我国改革开放和社会主义市场经济发展进入新阶段的客观需要,体现了广大人民群众的根本利益和共同愿望。建设服务型政府,当前最重要、也是最基本的前提,就是要进一步解放思想、更新观念,要按照服务型政府的规范要求,树立新的执政理念。提出了在建设服务型政府的进程中,应进一步解放思想,大胆改革创新,紧紧围绕建设服务型政府,不断推进政府的改革和职能转变。
The report of the 17th CPC National Congress emphasized that “accelerating the reform of the administrative management system and building a service-oriented government” is of great practical and historical significance for the successful promotion of the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
