我班的李老师是一名刚参加工作不久、充满爱心的年轻教师,她处于教师专业成长的关键期,急需尽快适应教育教学环境,与幼儿建立良好的师幼关系。我在与李老师搭班期间,从多方面对其进行了帮助和指导。首先,帮助她尽早适应教师角色,迈好教师成长的第一步。刚开始接触幼儿时,当看到幼儿哭闹不止、无序乱跑,她会表现得束手无策,我便指导她如何安抚幼儿情绪,如何培养幼儿常规,慢慢地李老师积累了一些与幼儿相处的经验,当孩子们看到她甜
