随着“3+2”高考方案的实施和九年制义务教育的全面落实.现有中学生物教师将有近2/5面临无课可上的“失业”困境.曾几何时,中学生物教师青黄不接,挪用非生物专业教师“滥竽充数”的状况将成为历史,接踵而至的是人满为患,供大于求,如何解决富余生物教师的出路,让他们学有所用,俟有朝一日,在生物学春天来临之日大显身手,笔者认为,不妨从以下方面进行探索实践.一、甘当实验员在中学生物教师日趋富余,学校又缺乏受过专业培训的生物实验员的情况下,富余生物教师正好可填补实验人员缺乏的空白,当好其他生物教师的帮手,承担起生物实验员的重任.千万别低估实验员的工作,即使是受过专业培训的生物教师,要当好一名合格的实验员,进行
With the implementation of the “3+2” college entrance examination program and the full implementation of the nine-year compulsory education, nearly two-fifths of the existing middle school biology teachers will face the “unemployed” dilemma of having no lessons. Once upon a time, the secondary school biology teachers did not receive attention. The misappropriation of non-biological specialty teachers will become a history. The ensuing ones will be overcrowded and the supply exceeds demand. How to solve the surplus students’ way out, so that they can learn to use them, and one day, they will show their talents on the day of biological spring. The author believes that the following aspects may be explored and practiced: 1. When the experimenter is becoming more and more rich in biology teachers at the middle school and the school lacks professionally trained biological experimenters, the surplus biology teacher can just fill the gaps that the experimenters lack. Be a good helper of other biology teachers and assume the responsibility of the biological experimenter. Don’t underestimate the work of the laboratory technician. Even a biological teacher who has received professional training should be a qualified laboratory technician.
