关于特定菌株对某种培养料的转化效率,一般都以生物效率的大小来表示,这对粗略评价一般菌株利用原料的能力是比较方便的。但从物质转化角度看,进一步分析具体的转化能力,对于考虑如何充分利用资源和指导人为补充短缺养分是有现实意义的.为此,我们对稻草栽培凤尾菇的物质转化作了探讨,现将结果报告如下。一、材料与方法(一)供试材料菌种为凤尾菇引自澳大利亚悉尼大学微生物系.培养料为稻草,用开水浸泡15分钟.采用箱式栽培,每箱2尺~2,装料1.5公斤。(二)测定方法培养料失重、有机碳、总氮等按常规法测定;矿物元素按《食品分析化学》一书方法进行.
The transformation efficiency of a certain culture material to a specific strain is generally expressed in terms of biological efficiency, which is convenient for roughly evaluating the ability of an ordinary strain to utilize raw materials. However, from the perspective of material transformation, further analysis of specific transformation ability is of practical significance for considering how to make full use of resources and guiding the man-made supplement of deficient nutrients.Therefore, we have discussed the material transformation of straw mushroom cultivation The results are reported below. Materials and methods (a) for the test material species mushrooms cited from the Department of Microbiology, University of Sydney, Australia culture materials for the straw, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes using box cultivation, 2 feet per box 2, loading 1.5 kg. (B) Determination of weight loss of culture materials, organic carbon, total nitrogen and other methods determined by conventional methods; mineral elements according to “Food Analytical Chemistry,” a book method.
