一、行业企业参与职业教育的现状(一)主体的定位问题1.政府层面问题目前,我国提出加快发展现代职业教育决策规划,但就政府而言,没有明确、具体地提出各级政府机构在“行业企业参与职业教育”方面的责任和义务,可操作性不强。(1)相关法律法规有待于进一步补充国家针对校企合作的政策性文件很多,且是针对实时问题适时提出解决对策和方案,具有前瞻性和前沿性。但从法律层面讲,要求行业企业参与职业教育责任的法律制度缺
