传统教师培训课堂上,教学组织形式主要是单向灌输式。在这种课堂上,培训者是指挥和控制者,教室固定,教学内容固定,教学手段单一,受训者没有选择教师、内容、手段、时间、地点、活动方式等权力,主体地位没有得到确立,学习的主体性、积极性、创造性没有可能发挥。面对中小学教师研修需求的多元化、教学内容信息化、教学手段多样化和现代化的客观现实,教师培训应努力改变研修方式,形成多维立体式的教师研修课堂。
