In the age of knowledge economy, knowledge and human creativity have replaced capital, technology, and natural resources as the main drivers of social development. The generation and application of knowledge and creativity are inseparable from high-efficiency and high-quality knowledge workers. Knowledge workers have their own unique characteristics, so knowledge workers should also have corresponding scientific and rational management, in order to promote better development of enterprises and employees.
