边际效用递减规律给我们的启示为:等量的.连续的.同质的增加,必然出现刺激强度的递减,边际效益理论不仅适用经济领域,而且适用于企业管理,一方面,边际效益理论要求领导不断创新;另一方面边际效益理论要求领导在管理中合理运用激励机制;再一方面,边际效用理论要求领导树立正确的用人观念。
The enlightenment from the law of diminishing marginal utility is: the increase in the number of equal, continuous, and homogeneity will inevitably lead to diminishing stimulation intensity. The theory of marginal benefit applies not only to the economic field but also to the management of enterprises. On the one hand, the theory of marginal benefit is required. Leaders continue to innovate; on the other hand, the marginal benefit theory requires leaders to rationally use incentives in their management. On the other hand, marginal utility theory requires leaders to establish a correct concept of employing people.
